Put in He target.
Do the raster / rate scan (2x2, 3x4, 4x5, 5x6.6)
Run #4222 during the raster scan.

Returning to 12 uA production
We do the following for Helium target:
1. Manual flip ("Flip Now" button)
2. Set auto flip on.
