keyword=re: QasyActually it looks like HAPPEX feedback is working,
so I don't know why scalers (qasy script) sees 0.1%,
I'll try to reconcile this later.
See ~apar/feedback that feedback.log and other things are
updating.
I analyzed HAPPEX run 30552 with pan and found the asymmetries
in each 30 sec were consistent with zero at the ~30 ppm level,
so evidentally it's doing it's job.
