I talked to Kalyan and Jin, and they showed me that in their analysis
the L-HRS scalers have discrepancies between some helicity states.
At this point it's not 100% sure if those observations are consistent
with the Qasy result, but I think that will turn out to be the case.

This problem may be related to the problem Kalyan solved at the
start of the run where just due to a bad cable some channels of some
helicity states were double counting. Perhaps it's a similar problem
but smaller and harder to see. So far it looks like bigbite scalers
are fine. Whether the problem affects d2n is unclear.
