I replaced the -5.2V power supply in the Left Arm bottom crate. I got a spare from the spares cabinet in 90/122. While checking things out, I found the lug on the crate side of the +5V return cable was hot. The crate was drawing about 100A on the +5V supply. There was +5.02V on the crate. The crimp was less than ideal. The yellow tape wrapped around the crimp collar was brown on the underside, visible after the tape was cut off. I replaced the cable with one lying around Physics Storage that seemed to have a decent crimp on the lugs. There was then +5.17V on the crate. I adjusted the supply so there was +5.00V on the crate. The crate seems to be ok, now.
