    keyword=Right HRS Rates

    I am not sure that the rate is unreasonable. Back in April, we used the
    right HRS at 105 degs. centered on the hydrogen elastic peak for first
    pass (1.192 GeV). The rate at 4 uA was only about 20 Hz.

    For the current right HRS setup, I do not know the exact angle. The
    beam energy is 5.9, and the right HRS momentum is only 600 MeV. Plus the
    right Q1 is turned off, so your rate takes a hit there. Do you know what
    the expected DIS rate is for these kinematics?

    Finally, I also think the acceptance might be partially blocked for the
    right HRS due to the Helmholtz coils.
