Yi' and I took the access to reboot IOC for target ladder control. The first couple of attemps did not bring the communication back, and we saw failure LEDs lit on two of the VME modules. Then we tried the third time and after about 2 minutes both failure LED went away and the IOC came back!!!
Then we tried ladder control and moved the target to empty location without any problem. We also verified other readings such as RTDs and Currents from this IOC and all of them are fine. Back to beam permit.
