    Followups:

    keyword=Target Tests / Measurement

Couple measurement Has been performed on target this evening:

    1. Trans. Pick Up Coil Performance Test:
Signal Noise Ratial of Transverse Coils is 50% +- 5% of that of
Vertical ones. (20% noisier and 40% less sensitive)

    2. A NMR Cross Calibration is performed

    3. Spin Flip Using Field Rotation is tested to be working great
Polarization Loss Rate of Spin Flip Using Field Rotation is < 200ppm
Currently take 1s to flip. Could finish flip on the level of
    milliseconds.
Should not be sensitive to field gradiant

    4. Top Polarization of Last Spin up is 65.7%, spin up time = 3.82h

===> Transverse Pickup Coil is ~20% noisier than Vertical one
===> Total Transverse NMR signal is 61% of that of Vertical one (It's
reasonable, considering: one of the 2 trans. pickup coil is working,
however the transverse coils are closer to cell)
===> Signal Noise Ratial of Transverse Coils is 50% of that of Vertical

    	Data ID : NMR_He_20090111_174652
average of both NMR signal is 10.7mV

===> Polarization Loss Rate of Spin Flip Using Field Rotation is <
    200ppm
===> He3 Spin Follow field direction well during field direction jump
with same 25G field strenth (should follow up to 10kHz field change for
    25G holding field)
===> Could be a useful spin flip technique for future experiment with
high rate spin flip and higher field gradiant.
