Run 5219 was taken with the T8 pulser to check the left HRS pedestals.
Except for channels 5, 6 and 7, which changed by 8-11 channels, the other
channels are within a few channels of the old pedestal values in the
database. The width of the pedestals were between 5-7 channels and were good Gaussian shapes.

1) "DB Ped" is the pedestal value in the analyzer database for the gas cerenkov.
2) "Old Ped" is the pedestal value + 10 channels in the pedestal suppression file for ROC 3. 3) Ped (5219) shows the pedestal from run 5219.
