    keyword=scalers cross talk on T1 and T6

    I did a quick test this morning to check the cross-talk on the L-HRS
    scalers and found that there is indeed one. 
    

    TEST 1: unplugged T7 from LHRS scalers(at the NIM-ECL). T2 is still plugged in. In this case, T6 counts same as BB but T1 counts more than BB.

    TEST2: Plugged back T7 and unplugged T2 from LHRS. Now T6 counts more and T1 is consistent with BB.

    We know BB counts right because T1 is high rate and T6 is low, which do not reflect in the above data(see TEST2 : LEFT/BB scalers). I'll work on this tomorrow during the access..most likely plug T2 and T7 on different channels far from other signals that we care about.
