10:05 Asked for controlled access for planned target work and configuration change (transverse to vertical polarization)
    10:06 EPR measurement done.

10:15 Kalyan and two others went in Hall with MCC ARM, who will do full sweep (except for target). They are working on trigger and RICH issues. Also to work on Compton.

11:30 Experts went in the Hall to check target optical alignment

13:50 Work in Hall all done. Asked for Power Permit. First step will be tuning for Compton, with Empty target.

TARGET POLARIZATION DIRECTION IS NOW VERTICAQL!

14:00 Put in Empty target. Asked for 5 muA for Compton polarimeter tuning. But MCC asked to have BeO target in first, so we put that in.

14:14 Beam looks ok on BeO target. Go back to Empty.

14:30 Alexandre is happy with COmpton. We moved to the BeO target again and start run 5300. When beam first came on, the BigBite WC tripped. We reset them before starting the run. Current is 2 muA.
We checked that BPMs are correct within 0.2 mm. Did spot++: looks fine. Raster size 3 by 4 mm.

14:50 Move to reference cell. It is filled with hydrogen at 135 psig.
Start run 5301 at 2 mu with 3 by 4 mm raster Did spott++ and haloged it. Looks fine

14:55 Asked for 4 by 5 mm raster size. Rates look same as before, so ask for 5 by 6 mm. Did short run 5302 and pot++. Rates look unchanged as spot++ look ok.

15:05 Went back to 3 by 4 mm raster. Increased current to 14 muA. Started production run on reference cell (run 5303).

15:15 or so. Stopped 5303 and started 5304 with same conditions, so could start the Happex CODA.

Note: target type is wrong in headers for runs 5300, 1, and 2. Really Be) for 5300, and reference for 5301 and 5302.

Production running on 3He from 8am to 10 am
Production running on hydrogen from 3 pm to 4 pm
