Plugged the latch pattern ribbon cable back in to the ECL fan-out input. It had apparently gotten knocked out too and no one noticed).

This broke the DL.evtypebits variable for runs 5868--5872. NOTE the variable can be reconstructed using the redundant DL.t{1--8} histos.
