keyword=Target Spin Flip X- -> X+Target Spin has been flipped from X- to X+ in standard hall CS.
Before flip, polarization is 60.6%; after it's 59.97%. (Polarization drop is due to normal 0.5% * 2 NMR AFP loss.)
For details, 2 step is done during the process:
1. Field direction rotated from X+ to X-, at the same time Spin direction followed from X- to X+
2. Laser polarization changed from X- pumping to X+
Note1: +X is defined as horizontally perpendicular to beam, on the LHRS side; -X is to the bigbite side.
Note2: Long. 1/4 wave plates are rotated to norminal angle (6 degree) during the process
