    Run 1603 was taken during the swing shift on 19 Feb. Fig. 1 shows the ROC synchronizations for the first 50,000 events, including a short gap early in the run. Fig. 2 shows L1A:clockcnt for the first 1,000,000 events.

    In Fig. 2, we note that the two big structures -- where L1A drops all the way to zero -- probably represent beam trips. Otherwise, the line is flat except for one point at the very beginning of the run (which could simply show the beam ramping up after a trip) and some glitches after clockcount = 400x10^3. That latter glitch happens too late in the run to account for the glitch in the syncroc plots (which include only the first 50,000 events)
