keyword=adaql2 rebooted, io scheduler changed to 'deadline'

I rebooted adaql2 to clear up some significant weirdness wherein the kernel was reporting 3 CPUs on this dual-core, hyperthreading system... After the reboot, all four pseudo-cores are reporting in.

The io scheduler (elevator) was also changed to 'deadline' from 'cfq'. There is hope that this will help alleviate the DAQ stalls we've been seeing under high IO loads.

I brought up all the DAQ stuff and started and stopped a few runs. Looks OK. If there is some script of yours that needs a manual restart, please do so.

There are a couple of tasks that haven't reappeared in a 'ps aux' yet. There's '.../dtalarm/checkdaq' which should be fired up by a cron script shortly.

There also used to be something called './bserver' running under a-onl. I don't know what that is/was...
