keyword=F1 reference channel problem goes away in cosmics run

The strange structure in the F1 reference channel seems to go away when we aren't putting beam on target.

The figure shows the F1 reference difference for Run 2152, a cosmics run taken while the hall was in controlled access this morning. We note that the peak is just about as narrow and well-defined as the one for Run 2106 (which was also a cosmics run, as it turns out).

Run 2107, where the structure appeared, was the first production run after a down.

The one confusing thing is that the peak for Run 2152 is in a different place from the one in Run 2106, which was around -1900 as opposed to -5000.
