I checked the S2m TDC signals with respect to the TDC gate for the 1877
on the L-HRS. I found that the S2m TDC signals come about 900 ns prior
to the common stop. The 1877 in slot 9 is programmed to have a width
of about 5 microseconds. Hence this should be good. I need to check S1,
but the Camac crate fans are in the process of being replaced. Hence
there is no power to the crates for the S1 signals.

Once the fans are replaced, I will begin the checkout of the L-HRS
detectors with cosmics.
