I have checked the S1 and S2 TDC signals against the common stop on the
right HRS after moving the signals from the 1875 in Slot 16 to the 1877
in slot 12. The S1 signals come about 900 ns before the gate, and the
S2 signals come about 780 ns before the gate, though I was looking at
the "AND" of left and right signals for S2. The window width is about
1.5 microseconds long.

I will check the data and make sure the TDC signals are showing up in
the good range of the TDC.
