keyword=Adjusted Gate Width for Raster and BPM on R-HRS

The gate that was being used for the raster and BPM signals on the right HRS was 250 ns, which is too wide (the ADC will saturate with beam). I reduced the gate width for the ADC in slot 23 to be 50 ns.

I then found that the raster x current signal was partially out of range of the ADC. I had MCC set the raster size to maximum, then I slightly modified the attenuator settings for this signal on the floor. This will not affect the L-HRS in anyway. The pattern now looks reasonable and should be good for first, second and third pass beam.
