    The 3 scalers on R-HRS that don't gate are probably because
    of the lines in boot script that adjusts them to input mode zero.

    setControlInpModeSIS3800(0,1);
    setControlInpModeSIS3800(0,2);
    setControlInpModeSIS3800(0,3);

    But this was related to problem #1 in halog 266566.

    I'll come to the hall later today to investigate.
