and also posted in Figure 2.
From histogram numbers 61 and 62 (block number 62 and 63) lie at the bottom of 4th column. The reason that we do not see anything in the histograms from 64 to 78 is that these blocks belong to the 5th column and it may not get any hit since it is out of acceptance.
