keyword=BCM dx3: removed patch cable... problem goes away.I removed the patch cable that we put in, as described in the previous HALOG. And the craziness went away.
Attached is the happex7 scaler reading of the BCM dx3 and ux3 combination. If everything is good, then the difference should be zero... and the quotient should be 1. After removing the cable, it looks "good" (by the previous definition).
This patch provided a fanout of BCM Dx3 to a cable labeled as going to
Compton. I wonder if the end of this cable is actually plugged in (goes
to another patch panel that goes down to the Hall).
