keyword=Ugh, another BCM dx3 problem found

Looks like there were two problems. The second problem appears to be the second NIM output of the Level Translator, ch1. The scaler readback showed there was addition noise, on top of the normal noise of the current (compared to Ux3).

I replaced the patch out of the TTL output, and put the other end into ch7 (was unused). The second NIM output is now being sent to the right arm.

Scaler readback (from happex7 scaler) looks extremely good now (applying the same definition of "good" as before). More so... the beam intensity asymmetry from dx3 looks more like ux3 than it ever had. The widths are large.. but I think this is because pedestal has not been subtracted.

I verified that I didn't just fool myself and accidentally duplicated the ux3... in case you were wondering.
