in the following plot, the black line is the pmt which seems have problem.
red line is on the same pmt in previous run which looks fine. For the red
line, I decreased the amplitude by a factor of 2. The shapes of two lines
are same(single photon electron peak VS. main peak). To me that means we
still get the same number of photon electrons in that pmt. So it should
not be a big issue.
