Runs with the new Compton DAQ configs and normal beam conditions.

Run 16814 .... Prod_FA config .... no beam at start of run
Run 16815 .... Prod_FA

Switch to Prod_FT

Run 16816 .... Prod_FT config

Finish 22:15 ... Return to normal Production, start run 16817.

I'd like the experts to check these runs.
For convenience I copied them to /work/halla/parity/disk1/bob

Observations :

1. The Compton logbook shows normal results for run 16814, so 
the FADC data probably does no harm.  Run 16815 may have been
too short.  16816 looks ok too.

2. Running the Compton analysis by hand, we see lots of complaints
about "unknown ROC6" -- trivial to fix.  ROC6 is new FADC crate.

3. CMU analysis code needs a simple change in mainanal.cc:
