In the attached plot the hac_bcm_average is about 12.4uA when
the IBC0L02 is about 10.3uA . At about -42min ( or roughly 23:30)
there was a jump in hac_bcm_average. Looked at the end-of-run for
1907 and 20185 which both show average currents of about 10.6uA
