    Started Happex run 31334 at 00:30

    Noticed that around 23:30 there was a jump in the hac_bcm_average
    to about 12.5uA when IBC0L02 is at 10uA. Confirmed that the
    BCM scalers also read about 12.5uA. Indicate problem with signal from cavities. Both cavities give 12.5uA.

    Around 02:15 the hac_bcm_average jumps down to 10uA when IC0L02 is
    10.2uA. In the rack in the middle room of the counting house looked
    at the voltage from the BCMS and both BCMs are now at about 15V
    when before they were around 19V when IC0L02 was 10uA. This confirms that the shift comes directly from the cavities.

    Around 3:30 the hac_bcm_average jumps back up to 12uA when IC0L02 is
    10uA.

    Around 4:00 noticed that the Happex DAQ could not access roc26.
    Tried to reboot roc26 through xterm but it hung. Not to make
    access to physically turn roc26 off and on.

    Run 1917 and 1918 had the left arm coda hang.
    Needed to reboot roc3 to restart left arm coda.

    Run 1919 has deadtime of 13% compare to 7% for previous
    runs. Don't understand why deadtime rose after roc3 reboot.
