    keyword=Scaler check between L and R arms

    During the 3-pass running, I did the redundant scaler check between L-arm
    and R-arm runs by choosing some runs randomly. Most of the scaler are
    around 1e-4 level, but still find a few scaler around 1e-3 level.

    Here is the latest check on run 1925 and 20833. u1 is still around 1e-3
    level, no change from the start of the experiment. 1024 Hz clock is at
    1e-3 level for target spin = -1. From the end-run summary, I calculate
    the data time for the 1925 and 20833 with target spin = -1 and the time
    difference is around 1.8 second. It means 1024*1.8 = 1843, which is
    consistent to the scaler difference 1900 in end-run summary. The reason
    to cause this data time difference is not known right now.
