Following Bob's suggestion, I plugged triggers T1 through T8 into an
multi-hit 1877 TDC in slot 12 of ROC 2, channels 16-31. I updated the
db_D.dat file to reflect the addition of these signals. Here is the
trigger map and variable names in the ROOT tree:

I did a cursory check with T1 and T2 with cosmics. It does seem that
about 5-6% of the T1 events have multiple hits in TDC. T2 was less
conclusive, but the deadtime with only T2 and all other triggers prescaled was less
than I saw this afternoon, at 16%. I also saw in a short run that about 7% of
T2 events had multiple hits.
