    Vince and I check the ROC8 busy signal. If plug it into B_IR of TM module
    (ROC1 to B_I1, ROC2 to B_I2), we do see a 40 us wide busy signal from
    busy output of TM module on scope. However, when we plug it into FB of
    TrigSupervisor, we can see it becomes busy all the time on scope and TS
    is busy all the time, too. If we unplug ROC8 signal, TS works well and we
    see a 12 us busy signal on scope, which is from ROC1 or ROC2 and
    consistent with what we see before.

    We then unplug ROC1 and ROC2, only plug ROC8 to TM module, we also see a
    40 us wide busy signal on scope. If plug it into TS, the same problem,
    busy all the time. We try ROC8 signal in B_I1, B_I2 or B_IR, same situation.

    We also try plug the busy signal from TM module generated by ROC1 or ROC2
    into a ECL-input of a level translator, and then plug ROC8 into NIM-input
    of that channel. The outpout of this channel should be "OR" of these two
    signals. We also see a 40 us wide busy signal, but it becomes busy all
    the time if plug it into TS.

    We check the amplitude of ROC8 signal, ~800 mV, normal. The only
    difference we see is the width of signal, 40 us for ROC8, while 12 us for
    busy from ROC1 or ROC2.

    It seems that TS doesn't like this ROC8 signal. When plug the 40 us wide
    busy signal into TS, it becomes busy all the time and the original ROC8
    signal is busy all the time, too.
