Followups:
keyword=Cell temperatures with beam hitting the wall.It seems beam was delivered with 5.5 uA with a too large raster.
Temperature rised, as seem on the plot. Also (before the temperature alarmed) the laser absorption spectrum changed (much more absorption, i.e. smaller peak). This may be because with the high temperature in the bottom cell pushed gas in the pumping cell?
