    keyword=scaler in compton FADC crate

    There was some flakiness in the scaler in the Compton FADC crate.
    It would reset itself periodically.

    I turned off power, unplugged/plugged the scaler, and tuned on
    power, and this seems to have cured the problem. But it happened
    in January too, so I need to hunt for a spare. So far, no success
    finding a spare scaler.
