    I connected the ribbon cable to a LeCroy 4616 NIM-ECL converter.
    However, this module requires that the red wire be on the top (1st pair), so I
    flipped the cable at the BigBite weldment from the output of the P\S 707 discriminator.

    After wards, I found that channels 1 and 3 did not show a signal. There
    is a signal from channels 2 and 4, but the width is rather narrow. I will
    need to use another module to widen the signals so that the scalers will count the pulses.
