Updated the alarm handler to include RHRS detectors and magnets (sans top VDC, which is presently handled by the BB HV gui alarm) and put in a directory for E05-102. These were NOT enabled until now. I'm nervous that this is not complete and probably should be checked over by some expert, but we're better off than before.
