During the replay of run 21045, I still saw some missing synch events for
ROC 8. It is only 0.01% of the total number of events.
btw, for this run we were taking over 5 kHz without prescale factors with
25% deadtime. It might be interesting to look at a run with a more
reasonable deadtime.
