Discovery that hatsv3:2005 HV was off. The status screen showed all okay, but looking more closely at the individual panels shows HVs are zero.
Try to turn on the HV. Its stuck.
Eventually, we restart the HV controls and can bring up the HV.
Apparently someone had pushed HV OFF? And that's bad?
Somewhere during the turning the HV back on, we start runs (2239, 21146).
