The field was rotated to Transverse- and the Q-wave plates were set to
"spin down" direction to pump the 3He spinanti-parallel to the field
direction: Transverse+
A quick EPR FM scan verified this anti-parallel pumping: we only see EPR
resonance at ~ 20MHz.
