Followups:
keyword=HAND EDTM shiftEDTM signal in the HAND TDCs appears to have shifted by 20ns. I wonder if this is related to the work that Bob did with the RightHRS EDTM... I dont think it's a real shift in the timing of the l1a wrt the incoming triggers (RightHRS TDCs didn't appear to have shifted).
