The following was done at 17:35, but for some reason the halog entry didn't show up.

I undid the swap mentioned in halog 274828. Returned to original script. Downloaded.

Without taking access, I checked empirically that a delay of 256 nsec in slot 13 is right
for maximizing the T1 triggers originating from EDTM. This is strange, as if the delay
goes with the slot and not with the module. But the huge delay offset (256 nsec) was
always strange anyway, and something I was meaning to investigate.

I also checked some cosmic data and concluded the scint, trigger, and EDTM are ok.
