Entry number 275595

During today access I went into the HRS-L spectrometer and added
another copy of BB scalers to the HRS-L scalers. I added them to 
the following channels:

Afterward I also modified the "scaler.map" file so that labels would
be correct in the scaler GUI. I stored the old copy of that file to
"scaler_22May09.map"
