    After the target spin direction was changed and Jin changed the sign from
    '-' to '+', the T1[++] scaler is counting considerably more than the [+-]
    state:
    R-HRS Run 21633: 
    T1[ 0] :2695.6/2695.6 Hz 
T1[++] :3178.7/3178.7 Hz 
T1[+-] :2714.0/2714.0 Hz
    The copy on the L-HRS looks fine for run 2729: 
    T1[ 0] :2695.6
T1[++] :2676.0
T1[+-] :2714.7
