    keyword=overcounting scalar check in RHRS

    I check the T1 signal and gated signals (by helicity and target spin)
    and they look fine. Then I use 1024Hz clock signal to test the scalar.
    The rates of Norm. and [+-] are 1024Hz, while the rate of [++] is around
    1300Hz, 30% more. I even exchange those two gated signals, still the same
    results. Maybe sth is wrong with the last connector of the chain cable
    ([++] state). The same scalars sent to L-arm look fine.
    Before I leave, I unplug and plug that chain cable for the last module.
    The scalar counting of [++] becomes good, only 2% more. I am not sure
    this is resolved or not, to be verified in the experiment.
