Hall A RC called about the reported low QE Measurement value ~0.001% from Owl shift concerned that this is an indicator of degraded polarization. I checked the Hall A QE by-hand and it is still good (0.14%), so we may continue running like this for another 1-2 days most likely. The "bad" measurement is just a result of hang-up's in the QE Measurement picoammeter readback giving "0".
Data from measurement: atten=160, current=15.5uA, power=18.0mW => QE=0.14%, still OK.
