    keyword=Put halogscript in crontab on adaql3

    I was called by Simon who told me HALOG was down. The logdir was indeed missing. Not sure if a computer was rebooted. As a temporary fix I put it in crontab on adaql3, I guess Bob can sort this out if I did not do it right but it seems to work for now.
