I disconnected the empty the D2 bottle and connected the H2 bottle to the reference cell. After this, I flushed the reference cell with H2 for a couple of times and re-zeroed the pressured gauges:

Vented      0 psig        760 torr
Vacuumed    -15 psig      0 torr
