    Target Spin was rotated to Transverse - (270 degrees), while the field was rotated to Transverse + (90 degree). 

    1. Stop Laser

    
2. Rotate Field to Transverse +

    
3. Setup 1/4 plates 0338/1474 angles following to Spin UP (Transverse -)

    
4. Swap fibers to Transverse Pumping: Jlab->N2, W&M->N4, Rutgers->N5

    
7. Power on laser

    
8. Swap Pickup Coil Cable(4->1); Change Calibration Constant (1.949x2.5);
Change NMR Default settings

    
9. NMR @ Transverse-, found out the calibration constant should not be
multiplied by 2.5 since the pre-amplifier for the longitudinal pickup
coils has never been changed, so change the Calibration Constant back to
1.94902

    
10. NMR @ Transverse - with correct calibration constant: 56.5%
