    keyword=possible clock asymmetry

    There is a possible asymmetry in the gating time of the HRS helicity
    scalers. From this prelim analysis (run 3394) where I looked at the
    "fast clock" in bbite (3rd panel in fig 1) there is an asymmetry which
    agrees roughly with the "apparent" charge asymmetry. But the
    charge asymmetry in nearby HAPPEX runs is zero +/- 10 ppm by
    design because of feedback. I'm not sure if this was noticed before,
    but PVDIS analysis noticed it when observing they had to normalize
    to this so-called Qasy to make sense of the IHWP flips. However,
    I think it may be a time-asymmetry instead.

    Something to investigate further ...
