keyword=R-HRS Q3 Cycled and SetWith Ed Folts' help, the faults for right Q3 have been cleared and
the magnet was cycled to 1400 A and set for 3.0855 GeV/c.
The dipole is still slowly ramping up and will take 2-3 hours before
it is set. Until then, we will take production data with the left HRS.
