Ramesh had trouble getting ROC4 going.
I could not access to the portserver.
I plugged ROC4 portserver in hatsv40 2006 and it seemed to work.
I noticed the same behavior with happex8 so now happex 8 is in hatsv40 2005.
Glancing at the parameter of the portserver hatsv4, it seems that port 3
and port 4 are ok, but I will look at it closer.
So for now use hatsv40 until hatsv4 get fixed.
