LUMI HV cables are ordered 1-8, in order matching lumi number (starting with  
lumi 1 on top).  All lumi HV plugged to right arm (top) HV crate slot 15.

In R-HRS parity DAQ, lumis 1-4 are in ADCX 16.   ADCX5 holds the detector 
(channel 1), then lumis 5,6,7 in order.  Lumi 8 is connected to the first 
channel of adc29 (the cable is numbered "lumi 9").

In the L-HRS parity DAQ, the detector is in ADCX4, channel 1.

All these should be double checked, of course, and are anyway likely to change.
