The "Happex" config did not work because the ET system would not run.
This was because someone had substituted the script "start_stuff"
with the script "epicsRunEnd_parity_happex3" in the "configure"
transition of the event builder (EB).  This is manifestly nonsense,
so I restored "start_stuff".   I suppose you want to call that
script for some other transition ?  Like maybe "end" ?  In any
case, do not delete "start_stuff".
